Technical specifications for order custom playing card
Thick playing cards are often confused with better playing cards which are a fallacy that needs a little understanding to get a better product into the market. Internationally, professional playing card stock is usually 29 to 30 microns (a micron being one is one part of an mm) with an internal grammage of the board ranging from 300 gsm to 320 gsm. Maintaining this thickness or bulk is a very important factor in the manufacture of professional poker or bridge playing cards. Having a bulk/thickness of 30 microns also can be achieved by lower grammes and thicker coatings which would mean not having the correct permutation combination which leads to lack of snap and easy wear and tear of the product. More thickness does not mean higher grammage. Grammage is all about the weight of your deck. At TMCARDS you can order custom playing cards from a minimum of 100 decks to an astounding million. You can create your very own design and color mix with text messages and products image representing you.
Playing Card Black Centered Board.
Black Centered or Black core board is the board of choice for the professional Playing Card Stream and is often confused with the raw inferior waste cellulose fibres that are used as blackout to opaque the insides of the duplex board. Professional Playing Card stock Black Centered board is actually a black resin between the two plies or layers of the board.
White Centered Stock
White Playing Card stock is now being used more and more for very heavily printed designed custom playing cards and is the more economical choice over the black centered stock.
